This book addresses root causes of memories. It presents divine therapy as a concrete step to love your enemy and stop burying anger. Readers are encouraged to ask for help to forgive and thank God for the grace of forgiveness, healing, or changing a behavior. The fourth step of the twelve step program focuses on resentments and the sixth and seventh steps challenge us to change ourselves. The question is how!
